- Fat- I want to lose 40 pounds
- Blood pressure is creeping upwards
- I am tired ALL the time
- Completely out of shape
- P90X starting Monday 24 May
- Tomorrow the diet changes to prepare for working out and losing the fat
Foos will consist of meat, dairy, veggies and nuts. More of an all natural diet focused on fat and protein. It is what works best for me and that is what I am going with.
Most important are the goals!! Let me make a list of these:
IN 90 DAYS I WILL ACCOMPLISH
- Lose 20 pounds- I am taking into account that I will gain muscle weight
- Lose 5% points of fat- with the lose of fat and gain of muscle, this should be good
- Lose 5 inches on my belly- this is the WORST spot for me!
